SHIPPING Orders are processed within 1-3 buissness days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Barcelona, Spain. Availability of products is not guaranteed. Duties and taxes are included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

RETURNS The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
