SHIPPING
Please note orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. All our orders are processed from Barcelona, Spain.
Most of our garments are made-to-order which means we need up to 15 business days from your purchase to produce and ship your items. We appreciate your commitment to sustainable ways of production.
Delivery times:
- SPAIN: 1-3 business days
- EUROPE: 5-10 business days
Due to the nature of working with deadstock fabrics, product availability is not always guaranteed. If you happen to order an item that is no longer available, we will notify you via email and reimburse your funds.
DUTY AND TAX
Duty and tax are automatically included in your total order cost at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of the destination country of your order. The amount of tax and duties will be dependant on the value of each order as well as existence of a tax free threshold in the destination country.
RETURNS
We are committed to constantly growing and evolving. Please let us know, if you have feedback on how we could continue to improve.
However, if you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. SEND AN EMAIL REQUEST FOR THE RETURN: to hello@nimph.es. Return package has to be shipped within 15 days from the date you received the product.
2. PACK YOUR ITEMS: The item(s) you return may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way. They should get to us in original condition along with all original tags and accessories (dust bags, stickers etc). If the product or packaging of the returned item(s) is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product’s cost.
Return shipping costs, including any duties and taxes added to the returned package by your local customs office, will be paid by the customer. We will only accept return packages sent by certified mail with proof of shipment.
3. SEND THE ARTICLE(S) TO THIS ADDRESS: NIMPH c/Puigmarti 22, entrl 2A, 08012 Barcelona, SPAIN
4. WAIT FOR EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND REFUND: We will send you a return confirmation email once your returned items are processed. This will be within 3 business days of us receiving your package. If the item(s) are intact with original tags, accessories and packaging you will receive your refund to the original payment method within 15 days of return confirmation email date.
