Please note we process orders within 3 business days. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. All our orders are processed from Barcelona, Spain.
Duty and tax are included in your total order cost at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of the destination country of your order. The amount of tax and duties will be dependant on the value of each order as well as existence of a tax free threshold in the destination country.
Due to the nature of working with deadstock fabrics, product availability is not guaranteed. If you happen to order an item that is no longer available, we will notify you via email/phone and reimburse your funds.
How will I receive my refund after returning an item?
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded to the same method of the original payment within 15 working days.
When will I receive my refund after returning an item?
Once the the returned item is approved (its condition, original packaging and labels), you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the reimbursment to you account. You will receive the reimbursement of funds within 15 days counting from that moment on.
What if the refunded amount is incorrect?
Should this happen, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.

However, if you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. SEND AN EMAIL REQUEST FOR THE RETURN: to firstname.lastname@example.org. Return package has to be shipped within 15 days from the date you received the product.
2. PACK YOUR ITEMS: The item(s) you return may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way. They should get to us in original condition along with all original tags and accessories (dust bags, stickers etc). If the product or packaging of the returned item(s) is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product’s cost.
Return shipping costs, including any duties and taxes added to the returned package by your local customs office, will be paid by the customer. We will only accept return packages sent by certified mail with proof of shipment.

4. WAIT FOR EMAIL CONFIRMATION: We will send you a return confirmation email once your returned items are processed. This will be within 3 business days of us receiving your package. If the item(s) are intact with original tags, accessories and packaging you will receive your refund within 15 days of return confirmation email date.
